Rare Russian WW2 SN-42 Body Armor. Staloni Nagrudnik. NO PAYPAL PAYMENTS!!

Rare complete set, torso and groin steel plate armor as used by Russian soldiers including SHISBr assault engineers. Both plates are in matching condition and are hand painted in a dark grey finish. Im not quite sure if this is period as i can see areas that have been retouched but cannot find any paint application to the riveted felt protective padding but do find some dark paint on the webbed straps. Some minor pitting in certain areas especially to the edges and the slot hook to attach the groin plate to the breast. From the construction its my opinion that the straps are period but there is not enough info on the net to confirm this, please do your checks before purchasing as im selling as is. There's not been many of these rare sets been for sale in the past so here is a chance to add to your collection something that does not turn up often. The weight restricts me to selling this one in the UK only unless you contact me before hand.
