WW2 St.John Ambulance Metal First Aid Pouch.

A rather interesting tin pouch with black enamel finish and large white Maltese cross to the front. On opening we find two medical bottles, one empty, bandages secured to the lid and a cap badge. This type i have not seen before and with its shape would not be surprised if it was worn in a pouch of sorts from a belt.
