WW2 German Dress Bayonet. E.Pack & Sohn.
This example would have been extremely nice hadn't it been for the missing top fixing button. Anyway i presume somebody would like a restoration piece. As for condition the blade has 100% of its finish intact with minor staining and a very clear makers stamp. The two grip plates have no damage except one side has taken on some of the finish from the surface of the scabbard from being laid up against each other for years. The scabbard has over 95% of its factory finish. The scabbard is the type of leather found a lot on early parade belts that often turns the surface finish ''wrinkly''. Its complete with one rivet coming loose, half inch of stitching gone, no markings found. I may add i could split this set and make slightly more money but its my belief this set has always been together so they can go out together!
