Victorian Grenadier Guards Sudan Boer War Medal Group.
Medals are unmounted and have taken on a nice dark patina with some minor scratches and edge knocks. All medals are made out to the same recipient..6460. Pte E. G. OXBORROW, GREN,GRDS. It would seem that the Khedive's Sudan is missing its Khartoum Bar. Oxborrow, from Suffolk, a horseman, signed his papers in 1897 and was discharged in 1909.
