WW2 Civil Defence, St-Johns Ambulance Paper Work. Bermondsey, London.

Little group that belonged to a Frank Davis of Welling, London who served in the ''CD'' during WW2 and the Blitz. Also included is his WW1 medal slip entitlement was a pair of medals. Please note that Davis is wearing a WW1 medal pair ribbon bar on his battle Dress and the Bermondsey area CD patch, on the super picture found with this lot. Bermondsey was hit many times during the Blitz including later on by V1 and V2 rockets.
