Signal Satchel.

Perhaps a Canadian manufactured example, sorry but thats the closes ive come to but knowing me im totally wrong! The satchel is in nice used condition with the waterproof material to the body slightly stained with its complete edging. Both side loops present with a 39 pattern shoulder strap attached. No stamps or markings found to the bag itself.
