6 X Large WW1 Reconnaissance Photos, Hattonchatel and surrounding area. 1918?
Its my belief this large photos where taken in 1918 by the allies before the offensive to liberate the surrounding area to eliminate the St.Mihiel Salient. The area was capture by the 26th ''Yankee'' division on Sept 12th 1918. Four photos are marked views from Hattonchatel, i think its views of the Woevre pain. The other two are titled Apermont and lastly an aerial view of Fort Du Camp Romain that was capture by the Germans in 1914. Condition of the photos is very good with slight edge knocks etc.
