Homefront ''HQ'' MK2 Steel Helmet.

A well used MK2 helmet with at least three coats of period paint with the last coat being blue with the letters ''HQ'', Headquarters, hand painted to the front and back. The blue finish rates at over 95% with one good knock to the front above the letters. The letters again 90% complete. The inside can be found its first army green finish with a chunk of rust bleed to one quarter, cannot fins any stamps. The 1940 dated liner has seen better days, well used and loosing its top pad. The chinstrap is complete, dirty and has the owners initials.
