M38 Luftschutz Gladiator Helmet.

This is the second of two Gladiator helmets I purchased from an Austrian picker found in a village near him, please check item number 63305. The helmet has over 90 % of it's period finish remaining with some scrapes and rust bleed, shell has no dents or cracks etc. the decal is close to 100% complete with one small knock above the letters, swastika has a bent arm, done during application at the factory. The inside paint remains at around 90 % with a complete sales information decal to the rear. The late war liner system is complete with it's tie string , liner arms have are complete with one "pull through" but have suffered from storage. The late war compressed card chinstrap is complete with buckle. The first example I added to the site I gave a light wipe down to the outside with a damp cloth, this one I've left "as is".
