WW2 Ladies Silver Photo Brooch Sent back from India

This is a large white metal, no silver marks, photo brooch obviously sent home by a serving British officer to his wife or sweetheart from India. The brooch has that intricate workmanship found on items produced in India and includes the photo of the officer inside. Comes with what appears to be it's period hanging strap.
