RAF Pexiglas Sweetheart Wings Brooch.
An example made with some skill using a top Brooch fitting as a base with cutout pexiglas forming the main design. This artisan has highlighted certain areas with colours to finish off the design. As for condition I'd say very good with just minor wear mainly to the gold paint to the crown.
