Super Hitler Youth Photo Album. 1937.
Wooden bound HJ album put together from original photographs and some very nice little catoon pictures, they all relate to a journey undertaken by the boys unit. The only thing missing is waht looks like a cloth HJ diamond to the front, i pressume it was taken off due to the swaztika. There are over 45 pages, 40 very nice clear and detailed photos of the journey, most are of the boys, there are 19 of the hand drwn and coloured pictures, at the end thee are four pages of news paper articles i belive to due with the journey, one page dedicated to early nazi celebrity Dietrich Eckart.. A super full Hitler Youth photo album.
NSDAP Magazine, AUFBRUCH und KAMPF der PARTEI, 193
NSDAP magazine produced in 1938 on the early history of the Nazi Party, the front has a great wood cut image but im afraid the front and back pages have come adrift. The inside has numerous photos and drawing of early party members and a great double spread on Gauleiters. A very nice early magazine and priced according to the damage to the spine.
Russian Front German WW2 Gren,Reg.308 Photo Albu
A very nice and complete photo album to an nco on the Russian Front. There are picture of the vet on most of the pages, some good combat type picks and the units travel thru Russia, some pages are annoteted, for some reason most have been removed, couple of shots of dead Russian soldiers and couple of SS graves, well over 200 detailed photos with only a few local shots. Inside the album i found 4 wartime pages titled 12.MGK Gren.Reg.308 and appears to be the names of 292 members of his company, many with an X mark for KIA. Album is in very nice condition.
Early Nazi Patriotic Postcard, 1933.
1933 dated nazi postcard showing a rising sun swastika over a German City, this one has been posted and has a full dedication to the back , the cancellation mark is dated 1933. Im a big fan of these rising sun swastikas that were used early on during the rise of the NSDAP. Condition is very good, slight stain to the top left from the rear cancellation stamp on the back.
Hitler Youth Leaders Portrait Photograph
Wonderfull large sepia portrait of an early Hitler Youth leader, outstanding uniform detail which includes the early shoulder boards, leaders lanyard , hj leaders badge and traditional gold braid to the area triangle. An outstanding image. Size is approx 230x210mm
Hitler Youth Winter Uniform.
Complete set that has recently been found in a house clearence in Germany. The set comprises of the blouse, trousers and cap, the belt, dagger and armband i have added for display only. The blouse is in very nice condition with only a couple of very small moth nips, not noticeable, its HJ regulation pattern as expected, there is no evidence of boards or insignia. The buttons are RZM marked, all buttons present. The trousers again are in very nice condition with a couple of very small moth nips, again regulation HJ pattern with all buttons present. A couple of the ankle ties have gone. The winter cap follows regulation pattern and is in very nice condition, lining complete and maker marked to the center. There are no markings or labels to any of the items that i can find. All three items are in the same used condition and appear to have been together since the end of the war and all are a good size, not a toddler!! Great display piece.
Feuerschutzpolizei Service Tunic with Belt and Buc
This set was recently found in a North German fllee market by a friend of mine and it does look as if its just come out of a cuboard or attic. The tunic is complete with all buttons and insignia except for the Nazi period arm badge to the left side, were it once was can clearly be seen. The material to the body has a couple of moth nips and the nap has some damage, this can be seen mainly on the front top left and has a hole to the inside of the collar were it appears to have rubbed up against the coat hanger. The inside lining is complete and in much better condition, one inside pocket. The ribbon above the pocket is for WW1 service and the badge has something to do with a Musical band. The coat hanger appears to be the one found with the tunic as is the belt and buckle. The NCO buckle is in very nice condition with plenty of patina and as seen in the pictures i have not removed from the belt, belt is not marked but its complete and quite supple. Not a bad find!
Rare Green SA Sports Shirt.
A very rare complete SA sports shirt that has survived in very good condition, one tiny moth hole to the rear near the side seam, size of a match head , no tracking/grazing, colours are strong and not washed out. RZM cloth tag sewn to the inside neck area. The white band is machine sewn to the garment, white area runs under the side seams, done during the construction in the factory, SA roundel was then sewn onto the shirt, some stitching is loose to the white band , nothing major and does not detract from this example. Top still has all its elasticity. A super example.
