German WW2 Box For Rationed Margarine
Large carboard box once used for holding Rationed margarine, box is in very good condition considering its age. Perfect for any German WW2 food display. Measures around 14 inches long. I managed to aquire a number of these from an area in German named Goch, story told by the locals is at the end of the war when the Allied forces were crossing the Rhine , the local Margarine factory was hit several times by Allied forces and looted by the locals.
Aircraft Pexi Glass Made Luftwaffe Cigarette Case
A very nice ''Trench Art'' type cigarette case made of aircraft aluminium and Aircraft Pexi glass. This item is marked to the inside cover in Gothic script the legend...GROVE, DANEMARK, 1945. Grove in Denmark was a major airfield for a Luftwaffe night fighter outfit, hundreds of aircraft were captured intact in 1945 as were the Axis forces, lots of material for making personal items. This case is well constructed and crafted with no damage.
