In nice condition with the bullet used being an American 1918 dated example. Such items where mass produced in France and Belgium in the 1920's for the families of soldiers who visited in there millions to see where there family members had fallen during WW1.  read more

24 x WW1 German Winter Trench Fortified Town Photos.

Recently found during a house clearance in the Newport area are 24 photos showing German troops in fortified areas in the mountains and a local town. Some interesting shots with uniforms and trench systems. No idea of time frame but all troops are wearing spiked helmets before the introduction of the M16 steel helmet and one good shot shows an artillery section with the number 51 on there helme...  read more
