WW2 German ''fvs'' 6x30 Binoculars. Spindler & Hoyer.
A nice well worn set with clear end cap markings, ''fvs'' over ''KF'' on one side the other being ''Dienstglas, 6x30 160437, 11/6400''. Its my understanding the ''KF'' stamp is for the type of grease used during winter conditions perhaps dating this set to around 1941. The optics have sharp clear focus, one tiny growth can be seen to one lens only. The aluminium body has a nice amount of factor... read more

Bedouin Shibriya Dagger. Palestine 1945.
Recently purchased a small group of items from the family of RAF officer J.T.Collins who was posted to Palestine in 1945, one item being this Bedouin dagger. This example is in very nice condition and appears untouched, blade has a slight knock to the tip from being dropped i presume. Anyway a nice vintage example dating from well before 1945. read more

The leather case again in nice clean condition but i did spot a glue repair to one of the back s... read more

Special Forces Helmet.

I cannot be 100% sure as i found this amongst items being used on a mannequin representing a member of the SAS. I do know that the very useful internet site, GOSTAK.ORG.UK, on composite helmets have an ... read more

SAS Pattern Pye Pocket Phone Radio.
Found being used on a mannequin to represent a SAS member during the 80's. The Pye pocket phone was used by the SAS during the Iranian Embassy sieg and British military of the period. This example would make a perfect display item even though its marked to the back as a ''Post Office'' issued example. Does it work i hear you asking, sorry i reply i have no idea! read more
