WW2 RAF Side Cap.
A well used side cap with good nap to the material and some minor moth nips to the front side and one larger nip to the back side. Cap has its period bakelite buttons, the bakelite RAF cap badge has been sewn down. The inside has a faded makers stamp that i believe is for the firm Harris of Glasgow. No size mark but i would say its around 6 and 3/4's.

1942 Dated British Tankers Holster.
A used, factory modified first pattern, tankers open top holster with a dark green blanko to the front. The rear has its period web finish with plenty of black stamps and some staining. Inside the modified loop can be seen the date 1942. The cleaning rod was found in the side sleeve when i purchased the holster so it will be sold ''as is''. read more
U.S. Cival War Veterans G.A.R. Medals and Photo.
The portrait, with damage to the emulsion, showing a Civil war vet wearing a GAR medal comes with an early period, side numbered, veterans G.A.R. decoration without ribbon. Also found is a 1905 GAR encampment delegate medal and Auxiliary to the sons of union veterans medal. I purchased this lot together many years ago , are they all to the same veteran?
