I would rate the condition as very good with the black patent leather stitched onto the blue canvas backing having a certain amount of wear but no breaks, same goes for the two hangers. Nco/Officers type marching boots that are in untouched condition with the leather being supple enough for leather thats been left untouched for so many years, no hard areas to the leather.
