This is the second of two example i purchased, both having been in very nice condition as seen in the photos. The paint finish inside and out rate at nearly 100%. In good condition with a fairly clean white top and green band. There are a couple of minor moth nips, hard to see in the photos. The liner is good with plenty of wear to the sweatband, no makers details.
