1942 Dated British Wolseley Pith Helmet.
Produced by the firm ''Helmets Ltd'' and dated 1942, this helmet has not seen much service going by the condition. PAL Utility Knife, RH-34.
A nice utility knife purchased by American service men through there PX stores. This example has a nice blade, with minor staining and has not been over sharpened with clear markings stamped to one side. RLB Luftschutz Gas Mask. Reissued Czech Optimit M2.
A very nice and clean Czech produced M2 gas mask made by the firm Optimit, stamp marks under the chin with date 39, that was shipped to Germany for use by the Luftschutz during the war. There is a clear German reissue and date stamp to the inside crown area. Mask is supple as are all straps to the rear.
As a side note these masks where produced under Leyland license from the 1930's. read more
