A small grouping i recently purchased from the family of SGT L.T.Elias who served in Korea during the Emergency, part of his National Service, in the RAOC. Quite a bit of the grouping relates to his service in the 144 Parachute Field AVR including his insignia, presentation cigarette box, plaque and parachute descents log book that shows Elias did 36 jumps; he qualified in 1967. The medal early manufactured cross is in very nice condition with what i would call 100% of its period factory finish intact, front and back. This comes with its period ribbon, again in very nice unissued condition. Its complete paper packet with makers details to the rear has suffered slightly from bad storage showing some staining. read more

French 1915 Dated Dunkerque Ladies Souvenir Neck Pendant Mirror.
Nice small mirror to be worn around the neck produced during WW1 showing the Patriotic French Rooster on top of a vanquished German officer wearing a spiked helmet and holding a broken sword. Condition is very nice. read more
