German Helmeted Soldier Bust, Dedicated Panel, 193
In very nice condition with the only issue being some scratches to the throat area, finish id put at 99% complete. The marbel plinth has no chips or cracks but has a couple of small knocks to the surface. The front dedicated plaque has clear detail. Bust with plinth stands just under 9 inches in height.
Kriegsmarine Ships Bulk Head Clock.
In very nice working condition with no damage to the brass body, all hinges complete and marked 20 as is the locking mount, the rear has a five digit serial number,16620. The back has its full original black finish, some of the black can be seen to certain arears on the outside of the brass body. The front glass has no damage. The front dial has all bright clean silver finish with only a couple of minor blemishes, clear black eagle and a clear serial number to the other side, movement arms are period and undamaged. The clock is in working order and keeps good time, i have not wound it fully, i've given peg just a couple of turns and it ticks away without problems. Not sure if the large key is the original but this is what came with the clock and it fits and does the job.
SA/SS Flag Bearers Gorget / Kornet.
First pattern gorget thats in ''as found '' condition that has recently surfaced in a house clearence in Germany. It does appear to have languished for a number of years in an attic or shed, the body has lost quite a bit of its finish but has not suffered from pitting to the metal, the knickle finish has as expected suffered from staining. The starburst has a good amount of its gold wash remaining with the central Political eagle still having some silver finish, niether has suffered from any dents or knocks. The top left button is missing. The back has all its fittings present but has lost its cloth backing, tiny remnant can be found around the chain securing lug. The hanging chain appears to be complet and again has suffered from age and has lots of patina.
WW2 German Artillery Marked Mounted Metal Eagle Sc
Nice sized Third Reich metal eagle standing on a stone outcrop, eagle is nicely designed with outstreached wings and open beak. i would rate the original finish as being over 95% intact. The sculpture is mounted on a squre marble base, couple of nocks, and has a metal plaque to an Artillery regiment. The picture with the Iron Cross is to show its scale and of course to show how it might well have been used for.
1930's French Leather Bike Jacket/ Luftwaffe Pilot
As seen in many period pictures of Luftwaffe personnel including pilots. This example is in very nice supple condition with no holes or tears, seams are tight, all football buttons are present, top pocket button found in the pocket, one inside pocket has come adfrift slightly. The suede inside lining again in nice condition, i cannot find a makers tag. There is no evidence of this being worn by a member of the Luftwaffe, hey its not priced at over a grand, its for sale as a cheaper display item if you cannot find a documented period German pilots used one. Hope you dont mind the one picture with the Lufty peak cap, it looks sexier!!!
Kitsch Nazi Maypole Decoration, Sommerfest.
Thisexample still has the remnants of its cellophane wrapping, its never been pulled apart and appears in perfect condition. There are two metal rings, five Swastika flags on wooden poles with ball tops and a large number of paper oak leafs. No, sorry i havent tried to put this together as i might not ge it back in one piece. The last photo is a period advert for such decorations and this type can be seen top right of the first page. I belive these were to be placed as Maypole decorations.
RAD ''Work Service'' Beer Krug. 1936. Rein.
Nice beer krug to a member of the RAD orginisation for his service, dated 1936 and from the Rein area of Germany. The condition is like new with no issues, the printed central details still have strong colour and detail as does the hand rendered name and area. Its the half litre version.
Early SA Standarte, Group Patch 11/74, Static Swas
A very early large SA Group flag with unit corner patch 11/74 for the Hochland, Nienburg area. The multi piece stitched swastika is in Static form dating this example to very early 1930's production. This flag was once attatched to a flag pole by means of a sewn side sleeve, still there, at some point the flag was upgraded by having SA unit patches added and metal rings sewn to the side, two remain, all this points to the very early production date. The unit patch is in green and edged in bullion, the numbers are chain stitched. There was another patch underneath but it was period removed perhaps when two groups combined.Condition is in very nice with only a couple of small repairs to the red material and some staining from storage otherwise this is a super display item from an early NSDAP time frame.
