TEL,SIG, MKVII, Military 3 Draw Telescope.
In very nice condition with super clear optics, no dents to the body, leather work is again without damage and still having its extra lens in leather case attatched to the strap. Details are stamped to the bottom draw, maker marked to the firm B.C.Ltd. I belive this example dates from the 1920's, seeing much use during WW2.
WW1 British Officers ''Orilux'' Trench Torch.
This example has survived in wonderfull condition, the leather case has no damage with just the slightest ware to wear the leather rubbs against the torches bulb and the side retaining strap. The torch itself is again in ver good condition with slight ware to the leather cover at the sides, the bulb is undamage and there is no rust to the metal parts, it would not suprise me if with a bulb this would work, mind you i have not tried this myself.
WW2 British Everest Carrier, Airborne.
Very nice untouched condition Everest carrier as used by Airborne troops to strap to the front of there Bikes. This one has recently surfaced from a Garage in the Cardiff area and has all straps, none missing, straps still have there white colour, the cloth seat area does have a couple of period repairs to the bottom, metal work has its original finish. A good example.
1915 Dated Collins Boxed Trench Lantern.
A very nice 1915 dated British Trench lantern still in its original metal carry case. The case is in sound condition with a good amount of its original finish remaining, leather strap has gone. The lanterns condition is in very good condition, its been used and has lots of wax splatter and the remains of a small candle inside. One pane of glass is missing, easy to restore and one pane has a chip to one corner, the metal frame is in very good condition and all brass fixing loops are in working order. Dated brass plate found on the lantern and case. This item recently brought into my shop having been found in a local flee market, i have not tried to clean the item as i like that '' just found'' look.Super example thats even better still contained in its travel case. May i add that postage will be tad higher due to the weight, it comes in at over 3 likos.
Officers Home Guard Battle Dress. F7 District Patc
1940 pattern example thats in very nice condition, i cannot find any moth damage, its been used but well taken care off., no fraying to the collar. The period applied insignia is hand sewn as usual with HG uniforms , patches have the embedded look which i do like, same with the twin WW1 ribbons to the left side. A very nice tunic.
1941 Battledress Trousers, Size 18, Unissued Condi
Best condition pair of BD trousers i have owned, these early pattern trousers have a very clear back lable with an ink stamp for Feb 1941, all copper dished buttons are present including those to the bottom of the legs, they have not had the early straps removed as later regs insited. One match head size moth hole only, knap to the cloth is very nice indeed. Inside material is again in pefect condition and is bright as you would expect from an unissued garment. A super example not only for condition but the large size.
