British 1945 Dated Pocket Spanner Set.
A very nice small pocket spanner set with all spanners having a 1945 date , broad arrow and maker marked to the firm Tyers and Co. There is a certain amount of minor surface rust to the exposed heads and one having more than the rest but this would clean up. The webbed case has no markings, fixing popper works and one side seam to one pocket has split. Popper is Newey marked. read more

Nice example with dark tight frame and all factory finish to the iron center. The ring has an ''R'' stamp and the ribbon would appear to be the original example the cross was issued with. read more

Royal Marine Bring Back,Two AK47 Simonov Folding Bayonets Captured from ZIPRA Forces 1979.
A nice set of folding bayonets, one being the Russian SKS/45 the other a Chinese Type 56 with a nice hand written capture paper stating brought back by a Royal Marine after operation AGILA in 1979 against the Zimbabwe Peoples Revolutionary Army. Apparently there was a third bayonet brought back, a Chinese AK47 in scabbard but unfortunately missing when i purchased the items.

The medals have never been mounted and are in nice condition, The paper work was found inside the Cover wallet for the Discharge Documents. Featherstone joined in 1916 at Catterick and was discharged in 1919, his employment during the war was ''HJ Driver'' part of 280 company RASC. Medals have never been mounted and are in nice condition, still found in there period packets. The Imperial Service Medal found in its period red box with details and award cert thats dated 1945, named to Jones. The rim of both WW1 medals details are...172264, SPR.H.JONES. RE. I belive Jones when his unit was Bedford S.D. was awarded the ''War Badge''. read more

Medals appear to have never been mounted, condition very nice, details around the rim are...M2-150145,PTE,A.S.WEALE. ASC. The ROAB medal again in very nice condition with silver hallmarks and found in its period Fattorini padded box, the cert is named and dated 1925. I believe Weale came back too England from the Front line in 1917 after receiving a gun shot to his toe!! read more
