WW1 Imperial German M17 Steel Helmet.
Helmet has over 90% of it's period green finish mixed in with slight spotting and a couple of scrapes. The shell is solid with no cracks just two small "dinks" to the front. Liner pins seem to be replaced? The colour of all three matches to helmet shell, I'm thinking they are WW2 period examples. Shell is stamped Q66. WW2 German "Heer" Belt and Buckle. FKO.
By all appearance this set has always been together with the FKO, Friedrich Keller Oberstein, aluminium buckle having good detail to the front design, main wear to the eagle's chest. The rear of the buckle has a nice amount of it's finish, clear makers stamp and back prongs. The supple leather belt has an OLC stamped aluminium catch ,size stamp 85 and tight stitching. British 1914 Dated Pattern 07 Bayonet. Sanderson.
A very nice condition 07 bayonet by Sanderson and dated November 1914. The blade has over 95% of it's factory finish and factory edge. This factory edge has one area of slight knocks from some sort of use. Period tip to the blade and clear stamping to both sides of the blade under the cross guard.
