St. Petersburg Imperial Yacht Club Flag. 31x48 Inch.

This rare multi stitched flag has hand sewn paneling with its header being machine stitched. The bunting type material is in rather good condition considering its age with a number of small moth type holes and fraying especially to the edges. No markings to be found. Interesting British Army Steel Helmet and Torch Relic. RELISTED DUE TO A TIME WASTER!.

Yep a relic found in the basement of a house in the Valleys of South Wales recently. The helmet is interesting as its one of those early Army issued examples with brown paint finish and early donut top pad liner system. Helmet shell retains close to 100% of its black factory finish, inside and out. The 1941 dated liner is complete with some wear from good use, later pattern chinstrap again in good condition.  read more

Boxed WW1 German Glass plate photos.

Nice set of 8 glass plates with some interesting detail especially to the German soldiers on two of the plates where the soldiers are wearing camo steel helmets and especially the use of green foliage attached. One plate is cracked but does not detract from the image. The box does have a 44 date to the top so perhaps used also during that period. In nice used condition with a good amount of wear to the fabric, especially to the helmet shell edge area, bright colors and clear makers detail stamps to the inside.
