Large British RE Burma/India Souvenir Leather Folder.
Type of souvenir, usual made in India, leather folder with a hand cut design ,front and back. The front has a very nice rendition of the Royal Engineers Cap Badge with the owners initials to the back. I purchased this from the son a while back, his father having served in Burma during WW2 . In very nice condition with undamaged enamel, just faint surface scratches to the central black design. The arms have a nice amount of silver wash remaining. The rear has it's period screw fastener. read more

Large British Army, Pre 1938, Knife-Clasp-With Marlin Spike and Tin Opener.
One of the best examples of the pattern 1905 knife I've managed to find in a long time and in what I would call very nice condition . The chequered horn handle slabs have no chips or cracks and little wear. Marlin Spike has a broad arrow stamp with an unmarked tin opener. Group is named to a A.E.Dowers from Cardiff who served in the Royal Signals. His WW2 mounted medals are in nice condition, ribbon on the star has damaged and might well fall apart if handled roughly.
