This example has had a bit of a hard time, the HJ diamond has lost some of its enamel and just the minimal of cracking to the egg shell enamel under the right side wing and to the top under the top letters. The rest of the front has sharp detail and nice period factory finish. The back has lost its fixing pin but the hinge is fine as is the bottom catch. Wool construction band with a ribbed circle pipped in heavy gold bullion, a folded ribbed rayon swastika again pipped in gold bullion. To the top and bottom runs a gold bullion oakleaf design again edged in gold bullion pipping. Both top and bottom edges are pipped in white. Kriegsmarine High Seas Fleet Badge, Schwerin-Berlin.
Stunning example with close to 100% of its fire gilt finish to the wreath, swastika and bottom ribbons have a nice burnished finish. The darkened battleship has close to 100% finish, slight rubbing to the high points. The rear has its period hardware , block hinge, pin, flatwire catch and makers details are crisp and clear. Im not going to say ''mint'' but close enough to state ''stunner''. read more
1939 Iron Cross 1st Class Screw Back, Schinkel Form.
A very nice example vaulted cross with the copper coated core having close to 95% of its factory finish, some rubbing to the swastika and lover numbers. This finish will clean up even better with a slight wipe with a cotton bud as i have not cleaned since purchasing. The frame has again close to 95% finish with some rubbing to the frame tips. Red field with centralribbed white circle and swastika with a single pip to the center, both swastika and circle are pipped in golden thread. Extending from both sides of the circle are golden oakleaves, edge with two bullion wire stripes. The top and bottom of the armband is edge with a single golden and blue cord. The inside has a printed instruction arrow on how to wear the band correctly... read more

Early RLB Senior Officer's Armband.
First pattern , 1933/39, mid blue cotton construction armband featuring a machine embroidered RLB and star to the center.Both top and bottom edges trimmed in wire tress. Condition is very good with just the slightest of staining from storage. read more
