Boer War/WW1 British Officer Enamel Wash Bowl and Cup.
A very nice example with cover has slight enamel chips along the edge only, no dents etc. The top cover is complete with evidence of the previous owners name to the top. Im dating this as a Boer War period item but might well be a WW1 example. read more
WW2 German M31 Canteen / Waterbottle. 1941.
In well used condition with a aluminium body without dents and dated 1941. The felt cover has a few moth nips and worn nap with its side snaps still closed, not tried to open! The leather cradle has lost its rear metal fittings and its leather strap end, top cap still attached. read more

Closest pattern i can find would be the 1914 pattern but without the central buckle strap. Anyway this 1957 dated example is in very good complete condition with clear makers and date stamp to the closing strap. Some white paint splatter from storage.
