A very nice example with the tight two piece frame taking on a nice dark tone from years of patina. The iron centre has 100% of it's factory finish intact. The hanging ring has a clear "Z" stamp for either the firm Zeich or Zoellsch. This one comes with a good length of period ribbon that has a smaller width. read more

A pair of German WW2 U Boat binoculars by the firm Zeiss with serial number, looks like..55345 or 53345, i should think dating them from 43 to 45. The body has been striped of its finish, some spots of the green finish remains with a nice amount of lime type green to the front objective lens area.
