Swiss Model 1918 Schmidt-Rubin Bayonet.
A very nice example made by the firm Waffenfabrik Neuhausen. As for condition the bayonet itself is very good with bright blade, cross guard and pommel. Wooden grips have little wear and of course the clear stamps. The scabbard has had more wear with some of the paint finish having rub marks, no dents and still having its leather retaining strap.

This is a first pattern US Military Casualty personal effects bag with some details to the front relating to Sgt Foulds,Air Gunner, who was shot down in Lancaster, serial number ME565, during operations to bomb German fuel depots between Bayeux and St.Lo on the 8th of June, 1944. This example was recently found under some floorboards during a house conversion in the Cardiff area so item is not pristine, covered in dust etc but id rate it as very good with no dents to main metal body, loss of its green factory finish but not polished. Troop Ship RMS Orbita Souvenir and 1941 South African Christmas Tin.
Both items are in good condition and belonged to a former RAF member who in December 1940 was sent to South Africa on the Orbital first trip. The Christmas tin has his initials scratched to the front. Items came with a hand written note from the son.
