WW2 German Iron Cross, 2nd Class. MM/40, Berg & Nolte.

The two piece frame is nice and tight with sharp beading and minor patina. The iron center has , well im going to say, 100% of its black factory finish. The ring has a clear number stamp 40 for the firm Berg and Notle. Comes with a nice length of period ribbon.  read more

British British 1938 Dated Clasp Knife with Marlin Spike and Tin Opener. Rodger.

In well used condition with one area of damage to one side grip plate. The metal parts have taken on some staining as expected from an old example. The 1938 dated and maker marked blade has minor sharping to the cutting edge, Marlin spike has half a broad arrow stamp. The designation of such clasp knives comes under the stores code Pattern 6353/1905.

In very nice supple condition with tight stitching and rivets. The back is marked to a Berlin manufacturer and has an early 1935 date stamp, mind you this could also be a 36 date! The central area has a unit mark that looks like, FI.Hstk? Overall an nice addition to any K98 Bayonet.  read more
