In very nice condition with sharp bright color to the camo pattern. One repair to the bottom side popper repaired with what looks like 1960's curtain or cloth. 1887 Pattern Martini Henry Bayonet. 2nd Volunteer Battalion Gordon Highlanders.
A very nice unit marked Wilkinson manufactured Martini Henry Bayonet and Leather Frog. The blade has minimal staining and one tiny water mark from the blade resting against the inside scabbard runner for such a long time. Scarce example fighting knife converted from a 1905 dated 03 pattern bayonet, The condition is very nice with the blade having no pitting and a very sharp point, clear markings to both sides. British 1856 Pattern Pioneer Sawback Side Arm/Sword.
A really nice untouched example with the blade having a good amount of staining but no pitting into the blade surface. The cutting edge has some minor sharpening looking to be period done. The blade on one side under the cross guard is stamped to the Wilkinson firm, London with month stamp ''2'' and date stamp ''00''.
