In very nice and complete condition example with his stamps paid from 1938 to 1945. It would appear this fella joined the party in 1930 and has what i believe is quite an early number. A very nice example with close to 100% of its black factory finish intact and a super clean blade. Numerous stamps to be found along both sides of the grip plates including a brad arrow to the back of the pommel and a B60 to one side of the blade. WW2 British Wood Gripped Commando Dagger. 3rd Pattern Type.

Having had a hard life this dagger has good period factory finish to the blade with a mix of light rust bleed and its factory edge, tip has been blunted.
