This bayonet recently came my way from a lady who recently cleared her now deceased Grandfathers house, also found was the 07 bayonet ive just listed, item 62401. Spange for the Iron Cross 2nd Class. Deumer-Type A.
The front has sharp detail and nice finish without much wear. Other details are clear for a type-A manufactured example. The rear has has some restoration to the fixing pins. All have solder but it would appear at least three are the original prongs and might well have had the solder to strengthen them. Its a repair anyway so please keep this in mind folks. Nice cross and would still attach to ... read more

Early wartime, perhaps pre war, example with brass fittings, matching patina to all. The actual Wurttemberg front plate might well be an earlier example has it has super detail and might well have been reused during the period, please note the two rivets to the front shield. Leather body has has a number of repairs the most obviously a restored front peak , old restoration for sure. Nice crazin... read more
