German WW2 Propaganda North Africa British Peppiatt Banknote Drop Leaflet.

German WW2 Propaganda North Africa British Peppiatt Banknote Drop Leaflet.

In very nice condition with Arabic message on the reverse. Apparently the Germans believed that dropping these leaflets with a facsimile of a British Pound note would not be left on the floor but would bound to be picked up. This example is known as the first pattern. Evidence suggest these leaflets where dropped by the Luftwaffe over North Africa in 1942.  read more
