In very nice condition with supple leather , all buttons and straps present. The leather body has no snags or weak area just some staining and wear from being so old. All fixing poppers are marked N.B.Ltd. U.S. M1 Front Seam, XVIII Airborne Corps, Military Police Helmet Shell.
This one has has a long and hard life being sold and used by the Israeli military in the late 50's with both side bales being moved forward and one being placed at the back of the shell, two are left! Later on someone removed the Israeli reissued paint to reveal what was left of the 18th corps insignia.
