WW1 Bulldog Trench Art Shell Case. Captain C.E.Loseby, 1st Lancashire Fusiliers, Politician and Member of Parliment.
A really interesting WW1 chiseled pattern Bulldog shell case named to Captain C.E.LOSEBY of the 1st Lancashire Fusiliers, August 1916. It would appear that Loseby after the war became a member of Parliament for Bradford East. Captain Loseby went to France in 1914 and was gassed at Ypres in May 1915 , perhaps this shell case was a presentation souvenir relating to this episode. I also found ment... read more

This example has seen better days losing nearly all its finish to the iron center. The two piece frame is tight and there is nice sharp detail the beading. Top ribbon ring is missing. read more
M40 ET64 Austrian Border Guard Helmet.
Nice wartime ET manufactured helmet with its period wartime liner system and chinstrap utilised from a wartime web equipment strap. The shell has over 90% of its grey finish to the outside with lots of wear from use, inside finish is close to 100%.
